Hey everybody!! How's its going!!
This week was great! I was sick for basically the whole week, but it was still really busy with lots of meetings and other stuff.
Something that really saved me this weeks was taking naps lol. I've never appreciated naps more in my life them on my mission. They really are a saving grace haha.
Highlight from the week:
- We had MLC on tuesday, I got to see my old comps hermanas Bolander and Packer, which was so weird because they're comps now so it's kinda a clash of two worlds. But I love them they're the best.
- My comp hermana Asay hit her 1 year on the mission on Wednesday, we didn't do much to celebrate because I was still sick... but I hope i didn't damper the day to much hahaha.
- Thursday we had Zone conference, the last zone conference for our mission president and his wife, because we are getting a new one next transfer. I'm going to miss them, they are the best!!
- On friday we had and exchange with the hermanas in our zone, and I completely lost my voice at this point. I tried talking to some people but no words came out so the hermana that I was with that day had to say everything for me. It was good practice for her there because she's new on the mission so she got to practice lots of spanish lol.
- that night we visited a members house and she gave me tea and cough drops to help my voice, she is the sweetest.
- our friend Susan got her passport this last week, which means she can get married and baptized this week!! We are so excited for her because she wants to get baptized so bad she has just been waiting for months to get married.
I'm feeling better now, but even though I was sick it was a great week!! Lots of tender mercies from God, and I know he is always aware of me and my situation.
