Week 77: Occoquan Ward, Woodbridge, VA

This has been such a great week, and we've seen so many miracles and I love the people here so much. I'm so sad that this is the last week on my mission, but I'm so grateful for all of the people I have meet who have helped change my life.

This week was full of visiting members, and we also had a few lessons with our friend Diego, who is going to get baptized December 22nd!!
We were able to attend a baptism in Alexandria with him last night, and he loved it and is excited for his own baptism soon.

We also had 5 friends come to church on Sunday. It was a huge miracle, but the biggest miracle to me was that our friend Elizabeth who we taught a few months ago, but then stopped teaching her because she never came to church, SHE CAME TO CHURCH!!! She loved it so much and said she's planning to come next week.

I love these people so much. I am so grateful for all I have learned, and the experience that I have had that have shaped me to be a better disciple of Jesus Christ.

My mission hasn't been perfect, but I know that God accepts my humble offering. He knows I have tried my best, and he has used me as an instrument in his hands.

I know that the future is bright, and God's love for me is brighter.

See you soon!

Week 75 and 76: Occoquan Ward, Woodbridge, VA

 Hey!!

Time is flying by, but these past two weeks have been awesome!!! We've been working really hard and seeing so many miracles.

One of the miracles that we've seen is that we were able to put someone on date to be baptized on Thursday! His name is Diego he's from Ecuador and he's so cool!!! Such a big miracle because we haven't had many progressing friends recently, but Diego has been super prepared!!

We've also been visiting a lot of members in our ward, they are the best. I never could've imagined before my mission the amount of love I am able to feel for people I barely even know, but it's the best.

I don't have much time to finish this email, but I just wanted to testify of the plan that God has for each and everyone one of us. I know that all of my experiences and everything that has happened in my life have been to help me learn something and to grow. I trust God completely, and I'm so excited to see what he has prepared for me in my life.

Love you all!!!
